• The App is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program
• Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
• Listen to your body and exercise within your personal limits
• We strongly encourage a balanced, sustainable approach to fitness and wellness

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation:

• You must provide accurate, current information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App

Prohibited Uses:

• Sharing false health or fitness information
• Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward other users
• Attempting to manipulate rankings or achievements unfairly
• Using the App in ways that could promote unhealthy exercise behaviors

5. User-Generated Content

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of your workout data and achievements
• You grant us license to display your leaderboard and challenge data to other users
• You may request deletion of your content at any time

Community Standards:

• Maintain respectful interactions with other users
• Do not share inappropriate content or personal information
• Report any concerns about user behavior to our support team

6. In-App Purchases

Payment Terms:

• All purchases are processed securely through approved payment providers
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel subscriptions at any time through your device settings

• Kings Workout name, logo, and App design are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
